Better Control and Track Project Costs. Forrester
further concludes that:

applications”.
The research evaluated 10 services
automation application vendors who have deployed their
software solutions within IT organizations, grading
each vendor on such specific criteria as; product
commitment, alignment of partnership, product roadmap,
vendor financial strength, organizational scale and
services automation customer base. Additional sub-criteria
included product revenues, profitability, R&D
spending, customer reference-ability, and geographical
presence.
