Neil Leblanc new Technical Sales Manager
Montreal, Canada - February 1, 2002

appointed today Neil Leblanc to the position of Technical
Sales Manager. Leblanc will collaborate with the company's
Business Development and Professional Services teams to
assist in the management of the sales process and ensure
the overall satisfaction of all Systemcorp® clients.

About Neil Leblanc:
Before joining Systemcorp®, Neil worked at OTO Global
Solutions, an Information Technology firm providing business
solutions in sales and implementation of Oracle applications,
system integration, technical consulting and support, as
well as business process definition and analysis. As an
Application Consultant, Neil gained valuable experience
in designing solution road maps that address his clients'
business, functional and technical requirements. He also
participated in post-sales implementation activities such
as providing education and consulting support to implementation
teams; managing resources and multiple vendors; and ensuring
that pre-sales expectations are met. In contributing to
a number of challenging projects at OTO, Neil perfected
his project management practices. Successfully planning,
managing and reviewing projects, he ensured that timelines,
schedules and assignments were delivered in conjunction
with the global implementation plan and aligned with the
objectives relative to the desired business processes.
Previous to his OTO assignment, Neil
was in charge of the Year 2000 project at Donohue Inc, one
of Quebec's largest Pulp & Paper Manufacturers. Leading
a team of programmers, Neil performed all relevant project
phases from impact analysis and plan development to implementation
and testing. Managing and participating in the conversion
of over 600,000 lines of code, Neil ensured the quality
of the code modifications and Year 2000 compliance.
Prior to that, Neil was employed at Velan
Inc., one of the world's leading manufacturers of steel
valves, where he started as a Programmer Analyst and was
rapidly promoted to an MIS Supervisor position. In this
capacity, he optimized the system operations, implemented
development projects and managed end-user education and
support for all applications.
